How to solve the relief valve noise problem:
 
1. Causes.
 
1) air accumulates in the main spool spring cavity.
 
2) there is dirt between the main valve core and the valve sleeve, or the main valve core has burr, the fit gap is too large, too small, making the main valve core movement irregular.
 
3) wear occurs at the close fitting between the pilot valve (needle shape) and the valve seat; Needle valve has strain, wear ring pits or seat serrated or notched.
 
4) the damping hole of the main valve core is blocked and blocked.
 
5) the main spool spring or regulating spring loses elasticity, making the movement of the spool irregular.
 
6) the main spool spring is installed in reverse with the pressure regulating spring or the main spool spring is installed with a relatively hard spring by mistake.
 
7) the two-stage concentric overflow valve has insufficient concentricity.
 
8) the damping hole size of the main valve is too large or the damping length is too short, which will not inhibit the damping damping of the main valve core from strenuous movement. For y-type valve, damping is processed and then knocked in, damping hole diameter is generally 1.0 ~ 1.5mm, if the actual size is too much larger than this size range, pressure fluctuation will occur.
 
9) pressure regulating locking nut is not loose, and the locking nut loosens, causing vibration of the adjusted pressure.
 
10) unreasonable return tubing, excessive back pressure, or excessive load change will also produce vibration, bringing great pressure fluctuation.
 
2. Elimination method.
 
1) make the overflow valve open the low-pressure switch under high pressure for several times.
 
2) disassembly and cleaning; Use nylon brush to remove the burrs on the sharp edge of unloading groove of main valve core; Ensure flexible movement between valve core and valve sleeve within 0.008 ~ 0.015mm.
 
3) replace needle valve and valve seat.
 
4) clean and replace the deteriorated hydraulic oil as appropriate.
 
5) check and replace.
 
6) check and correct the reloading.
 
7) replace unqualified products.
 
8) for y-type valve, check whether the diameter of damping hole meets the requirements. If the actual size is too large than the size range, take measures to repair.
 
9) check and install the locking nut loosening device to prevent it from loosening.
 
10) check whether the installation of return tubing is reasonable and reduce its back pressure, etc.
